Mr. Thibodeau serves as CEO and Executive Director at Vesica Health, bringing 28 years of leadership experience in molecular diagnostics and oncology to the company.

Previously, he held the position of CEO at Immunis.AI, a pioneering immunogenomics platform company utilizing next-generation sequencing and machine learning to develop assays for urologic cancers. As COO at MDxHealth, Mr. Thibodeau played a pivotal role in the company's growth by establishing US Operations and leading initiatives that facilitated the validation, guideline inclusion, Medicare reimbursement, and market adoption of the company’s urology and oncology tests and services.

His extensive leadership experience includes roles at Genuity Health, Agendia, Numira Biosciences, US LABS (acquired by LabCorp), and Ventana Medical Systems (acquired by Roche), where he contributed significantly to the advancement of molecular diagnostics and oncology. Mr. Thibodeau's understanding of the industry coupled with his strategic vision positions him as a dynamic leader in the field of molecular diagnostics and oncology.
